The 1st OSCAR ® kiwis left for Korea

The 1st loading French kiwi for the South Korean market has left.
20 November in Labatut, 1 kiwi OSCAR ® container was loaded to take the lead to Seoul, capital of South Korea. These first 20 tons are expected to Seoul by December 25.
"Eight years of work and constant efforts were needed to achieve the obtaining authorization of French and Korean Quarantine Services procedures, but the result is here" said François Lafitte, President of PRIM’LAND and initiator of dealings with the Administrations.
Undisputed leader in France, the Kiwi OSCAR ® is surging in the Asian market. For the 2013-2014 season, PRIM’LAND plans to sell 17,000 tons of kiwifruit from which more than 35% in Asia.
