Satisfactory results for Oaxaca mango and papayas

 

Oaxaca is the leading Mexican producer with an annual production of about 274,525 tonnes of papayas, the planted area reaches 17,513 hectares. The main export destinations are the United States, Canada and Europe.

 

 

 

As for mangoes, the state of Oaxaca produces about 165,000 tons of which 36,000 are exported. Mexico as a whole produces 1.6 million tonnes.
