Felix Instruments to held live Webinar devoted to Gas Analysis in Cold Storage, Ripening and Post-Harvest
VV
The webinar promises to be an educational opportunity for anyone in the post-harvest space. Organizers announce that live webinar will focus on methods, cases of real-world use and disruptive technologies used in atmospheric gas analysis to achieve peak fruit ripening and post-harvest storage.
The webinar will take place on November 5th at 2 times (both live) to accommodate worldwide schedules – Pacific time at 8AM and 6PM.
Felix Instruments – Applied Food Science plan to highlight following topics:
Gas analysis methods: current methods for detecting oxygen, carbon dioxide and ethylene in harvested fruit (chromatography detection, electrochemical sensing and optical detection), the advantages and disadvantages of each, as well as what the end user must consider in their operation before working with each.
Real-world uses cases and best practices: how are gas analysis used to store and mature operations? Felix will demonstrate a number of ways in which their customers use their gas analysis tools in their operations.
Cutting edge research: Gas analysis remains a relevant post-harvest research topic. What is being researched and how can these experiences be gained and used by the commercial operation?
The Future of Gas Analysis: How will future look like for gas analysis and how can the company stay at the forefront?
