The world's grapefruit market

There is little evolution in the total grapefruit production in the past ten years in comparison with other citrus groups. If Florida still dominates, production has stabilised whereas it tends to decrease in the Mediterranean Basin. Today, the highest volumes are produced in Mexico and South Africa. It is to be noted that Japan remains the world's largest importer.
