Asda to fund supply chain training programme

Wal-Mart owned retailer Asda is to invest £350,000 over the next three years in a UK-wide training programme to help improve communications along the supply chain. The programme will initially involve 270 fresh produce suppliers in England, Scotland and Wales and, if successful, could be extended to all of its produce suppliers
