Turkish pavilion at Fruit Logistica 2015

From one year to another, the number of companies, associations and chambers of commerce increases into a meeting place in Hall 1.1 on nearly 1000 m2.This year, the Turkish flag was a success. With 29 companies, Unions of Exporters of Fruits and Vegetables main - Mediterranean , Aegean , Western Mediterranean , Turkey has increased its contacts and participants leave very satisfied , despite a complicated regional situation . 

Note the increasing participation of organic products.Turkey has achieved in 2014 the export of fresh fruits and vegetables of about 3.5 million tonnes, 1.5 million tonnes of citrus, more than 750 000 tonnes of fresh fruit and 1.1 million tonnes of fresh vegetables. About 40% of its exports are to Russia, followed distantly by Iraq, with 12 % and Ukraine with 7 %. Germany, which was the third country importer of Turkish fresh produce in 2007, is now in 4th place. Bulgaria , Saudi Arabia and Romania are also important markets.
