Excellent quality for Selenella potatoes

The harvest has begun for Selenella. the 100% Italian potato.

It started in late June and the Selenella harves will continue another ten days. The intense heat of July did not affect the quality which is considered excellent. The yield is slightly lower than normal.

Selenella is healthy and tasty and is grown by 300 member producers of Consorzio delle Idee Buone. The specifications are strict with production techniques using a minimum of fertilizers and pesticides and strict controls for all processes from planting to harvest. The promotion is also coordinated.
