The diet of rugby players is "giant"
FJ
The Rugby World Cup has uncovered a real sport of giants.
Players with truly non-standard formats. Powerful, but heavy atlhetic and dynamic, these players have special diets and many nutritionists around these teams.
The British newspaper Daily Mail had conducted a small survey, first thing in the competition to find out what the players had for their daily menus. Menus designed by nutritionists and displaying up to 6000 calories per day.
Sample menus on one day with breakfast: spinach, green beans, chicken, carrots, eggs, smoked salmon, toast.
For lunch: pasta, soy, curry, sweet potatoes, avocados, lentils, wholemeal pasta, brown rice, fruit. To taste: tuna, protein, meat.
Dinner: potatoes, chicken, vegetables steamed, juice.
