Austria: wholesale food price rise

According to a survey carried out by Statistik Austria, wholesale prices have grown in the Country by 6.4%. The largest increases seem to involve mainly food wholesale prices.
Compared to last year, grains, seeds and fodders recorded a remarkable rise by 72.8%. Relevant growth also for fruit, vegetables and potatoes (+21.2%), besides petrol like in many European Countries (+11.6%) and milk, dairy products, eggs and oil (+10.8%).
