Norac buys Dessaint Traiteur

French food processing group Norac has acquired Dessaint Traiteur, a company specialising in the preparation of ready-to-eat salads and crepes.
Based in Arras in the north of France, Dessaint Traiteur achieved a turnover of EUR 20 million in 2003.
Founder Daniel Dessaint will continue to head operations.
