Georgian government will build a warehouse for fruit and vegetables storage in Ukraine

 

Georgian government reported its intention to build a warehouse for fruit and vegetables storage in Ukraine.

 

This warehouse will function as departure point of Georgian products to Ukrainian market and other countries in Eastern Europe Region.

 

The warehouse will be provided with leased trucks (10 years period) for fruit and vegetables delivery, cooling equipment etc. Perhaps this factor will benefit prices for Georgian fruit and vegetables inside Ukrainian market.

 

Almost half of the total amount of fruit and vegetables sold on the territory of Ukraine are imported but not produced by local companies.
