Launched in 2018 as the new standard in turn-key ripening, already Interko’s OPTIMO ripening room has earned the reputation for being one of the most versatile ripening room available on the market today. OPTIMO is a sophisticated, single-level room that can be split into four individual ripening zones, thereby adapting to accommodate from 8 pallets up to 24 pallets of fresh bananas, avocados or mangoes. Additionally, with OPTIMO, operators can ripen certain fruits at the source before transport to their end market.

The front two zones are also fitted with Interko’s new generation adjustable load separators which accommodate any pallet size.”
