Record figure of export in 2013 for the Antalya region

Despite the global economy in crisis, the Union of Exporters of Antalya announces that it has reached and even exceeded its target of 1 500 million dollars of exports, a third from which is represented by the export of fresh fruits and vegetables covered by the Union of Exporters of Antalya, responsible for the region of Antalya, Isparta and Burdur.

This region is the largest producer and exporter zone of fruits, vegetables and flowers after the Mediterranean region (Mersin, Adana and Hatay). It mainly exports of tomatoes and peppers.
