The POMANJOU Group reinforces with the arrival of Cominpex

The company joined the COMIMPEX POMANJOU Group , a leading organization in the field of french agro-food .

Since 24 June 2015, the SAS Comimpex POMANJOU is part of the Group and is glad to welcome this young and dynamic company . The founder of the Comimpex , Jean SELVERRO , wanted to step back and ensure the future of his business. The sale of its shares to POMANJOU Group has shown its willingness to sustain the activity of his company.

Jean SELVERRO will stay some time in the company's service whose presidency is now assured by Eric GUASCH . Comimpex activity is mainly focused around the production, packaging and export of apples and pears , as well as industrial products.
