Capespan forms a strategic partnership in Germany

Capespan Group acquired a 25 % interest in Fruchtimport vanWylick GmbH (Düsseldorf) , a major operator on the German wholesale markets.

Since 1 January 2015, this partnership gives the two companies the opportunity to expand their offer to each others' customers.This partnership will therefore intensifer visibility and lead to synergies in logistics and supply of services.

Capespan complete ranges offered by vanWylick with a world-renowned portfolio citrus , stone fruits and grapes. Fruchtimport vanWylick operates on the markets in Germany and neighboring countries and has eight subsidiaries (350 employees, turnover of 257 million euros).
