Onions prices skyrocket in Poland

Based on the recent data, Polish onions producers have started prices upturn for onions within local market this week. At the current moment onions costs comprise approximately 0,07 EUROkg in Poland. Sudden price knock could be attributed to growth of significant demand for onions from exporting companies’ part. It stands to mention that despite prices increase, this year onions costs are 2 times lower comparing to the previous year figures.
