Hungarian potatoes much more expensive in 2007 than in previous year

It is estimated that in 2006, crops of potatoes in Hungary were at the level of 56 450 tons, it means 10% less than in 2005 and 17% less during last five years.
Due to smaller supply, the prices of this product increased twice. Average Hungarian consume about 50 -55 kg of fresh potatoes which are the most popular in this country.
