After presenting at the show last year a line of 5th range (¿Y sí? De Bouquet), ANECOOP launches a new concept "Bouquet para preparar", a combination of fresh vegetables easy to cook for a healthy diet.
At the show ANECOOP occupies Hall 5, 5E01 an exhibition area of approximately 400 m2 and presents its offer of Fruits & Vegetables in 3 spaces.
The new concept "Bouquet para preparar" is a combination of fresh vegetables. In a single gesture, the consumer acquires the ingredients in the right proportions to make a delicious recipe that allows you to eat healthy without sacrificing the pleasure of cooking and without wasting food. The vegetable tray contains an easy recipe: Pumpkin and Carrot Creams, Classic Vichyssoise; Cream of carrots, gazpacho, vegetable wok, vegetarian carpaccio, etc.
Anecoop President Alejandro Monzón said: "This new launch is part of our strategy to increase fruit and vegetable consumption and promote healthy living by restoring the pleasure of cooking ourselves. We produce 100% of the ingredients in each package, an innovative proposal, unique in the market, that breaks with the classic salad or prepared dishes. "
This edition, in addition to new products unveiled, products grown with alternative systems, such as Organic and Zero Waste are of particular importance.
