Prices for Golden Delicious apples are 2 times higher than last year ones in Ukraine

According to the latest data, most remarkable price increase has been fixed for Golden delicious apples within domestic fruit market of Ukraine this year. At the current moment apples producers supply this kind of fruits at 9 UAHkg (0,52 EUROkg). These figures are 2 times higher comparing to the previous year numbers (during the same period). Whole sale prices for Jonagold apples comprise around 8-9 UAHkg (0,47 – 0,52 EUROkg). Cost rise rate comprises 17%. Prices for Idared apples verify from 6 UAHkg to 7UAHkg (0,33 – 0,38 EUROkg) – 8% prices increase rate.
