Agreement between Univeg Italy and Gruppo Pedon

Commercial agreement for the Middle East and the Mediterranean.

ACOS Spa, the division of Gruppo Pedon dedicated to the production and sale of agricultural products, has signed an agreement with Univeg Trade Italy to the distribution and marketing of groceries in the markets of the Mediterranean and the Middle East, transiting through Dubai.

This strategic partnership will improve the commercial offer of two companies and create economies of scale by sharing the supply and distribution chains. The two companies are leaders in their respective markets, not competing but complementary.
