Belorussia plans to grow potatoes export volumes to Russia

According to the official data, Belorussia intends to export approximately 310 000 tons of potatoes to Russian vegetables market this year. The announced figure 6 times exceeds previous year number. At the current moment average price for potatoes comprises 0,16 USD/kg within domestic market of Russia. Ascension of export volumes of Belorussian potatoes is expected to start in December 2014. Based on the recent information, Belorussian potatoes producers have yielded more than 1,3 ml tons of vegetables, which will enable them to increase export paces during significantly this season.
