Leader in this domain, Dole Fresh Vegetables has launched the first iPhone application dedicated to salads.

Mix it Up allows consumers to create menus, create shopping lists, view nutritional advice and recipes, share and exchange e-mail.

To complete the online Dole Salads, the application is free to all users of iPhone or iTouch.
