The 2nd International Conference on citrus fruits will take place on September 18.
Citrus fruits are No. 1 fruits imported into Russia.
In 2012 Russia imported 1.58 million tons of citrus, which represents 17.7% of total imports of fresh produce. Citrus fruits are the category of most imported fruits in Russia, mainly from Turkey, Morocco, Egypt, South Africa, China, Spain.
After the success of the 2012 edition, the show WorldFood organizes its 2nd International Conference on citrus fruits ("Fresh Fruit Category: Citrus") on September 18 in Moscow.
The Conference will bring together producers, exporters, logisitic and packaging professionals, importers, retailers and grossites. Among the topics discussed: overview of the sector and perspectives, supply structure, formalities and procedures for import and transport, presentation preferences of Russian consumers.
