The U.S. remains the primary destination.
Peru remained the leading global supplier of blueberries in 2025 up to November, shipping higher volumes despite lower prices.
Exports through November 2025 totalled 348,197 tonnes, up 12 percent compared with the same period a year earlier. Despite the increase in volume, export value declined by 3 percent to US$1.97 billion FOB, reflecting weaker prices, according to Agrodata.
The average export price fell to US$5.67 per kilo, compared with US$6.53 per kilo during the same period in 2024.
The United States remained Peru’s main destination by a wide margin, with blueberry exports valued at US$1.19 billion FOB through November, up from US$916 million year on year. The Netherlands followed, with shipments reaching US$508 million, slightly above the previous year.
Exports to China rose to US$231 million during the period, while shipments to Hong Kong fell sharply to US$43.8 million. Sales to the United Kingdom were broadly stable at around US$105 million.
Other markets recorded moderate gains, including Taiwan at US$31.9 million, Spain at US$30.3 million, and Canada at US$24.6 million.
Shipment activity was concentrated between August and October, with September marking the peak month in both volume and value terms.
