Turkey in power at the Anuga fair.

Participation in the fair, which is held in Cologne from October 10 to 14 is very important because it is the largest fair of food products internationally and this year 108 countries participated with some 7,000 exhibiting companies. It is of course Germany, which has the highest participation with 769 companies, followed by Italy, Spain, China and in 5th position, Turkey.

With its slogan "Discover the Turkish potential" and "Eat the best of East and West", she drew attention with its regional products and its rich culture.This year the focus is on natural products and are not of animal origin. Mr Dursun Topçu, vice president of the Chamber of Commerce of Istanbul, responsible for organizing the participation of Turkey at the fair, says Turkish companies have developed in every respect and that one of the best ways of showing this potential to prospective purchasers is to participate in Anuga 2015.
