1 to 2 weeks will be necessary to return to normal traffic.
The flights suspension could lead a shortage of fruits and fresh vegetables in Great Britain.
The closure of the British air space entail a lack over some products: "there is still no shortage but some stands could begin to be affected ", declared Christopher Snelling, from the Association of the carriers of freight (FTA), which represents 50 % of the British fleet of carriers of goods.
" Even if everything returns to the normal, there will be disturbances in the supplies, hanging 1 to 2 weeks the time when everything puts back in position ", pursued Mr Snelling.
"More closure of the air space goes on, more consequences will be important, not simply for companies but also for farmers of the developing countries who depend on the export of their products towards Europe ", he says.
