UNI Smart Tray Filler

Automatic filler for packing several varieties of fruit such as peaches, nectarines and apples in the tray or in the tray inside the crate. The fruit is picked and placed in the tray by an innovative robot with a "pick and place" function, capable of adapting the pick and place coordinates according to the size and format of the pack.

UNIQ solutions for internal quality classification dedicated to each fruit

A solution for maximising end-of-line efficiency and capacity. Thanks to its anthropomorphic robots, it can palletise several formats without any mechanical adjustments. It can compose different types of mosaics, or even different patterns on the same pallet, to improve stability.
