CMR Group appoints new CEO

They are in charge of the commercialization, export, import and distribution of fruits and vegetables in different ripening stages and format throughout the year for all types of clients, wholesalers or retailers. For this, they have an exclusive packaging staff, product conditioning and 59 ripening rooms.

 

Recently, CMR GROUP appointed Mrs. Yesenia Trascastro Pulgar as General Director. On January 1, 2023, Yesenia took her new position, replacing Mr. Carles Martí Sousa, who will maintain the Presidency of the corporation together with his wife, Mrs. Montserrat Inglada Piera.

 

Mrs. Trascastro has been working at CMR as an External Advisor since 2016 and actively joined the group in 2021. During her position as Deputy to General Management, she contributed to the consolidation of the CMR Group strategy that will continue working to face future challenges, together with the Management Committee, also made up of the National Sales Director, Jordi Martí Inglada, and the International Sales Director, Carles Martí Inglada.

 

Yesenia Trascastro's career began as a manager in the banking sector, later moving on to perform business advisory functions, including financial, tax and business strategy fields, and according to her words, her intention being in charge of CMR Group is to contribute business continuity, update business management and offer excellent business service to customers and shippers.
