From January to August of 2024, Peruvian fresh asparagus exports slightly decreased in volume and increased in value compared to the same months of 2023, reports Agrodata Perú.
During the analyzed lapse in 2024, the country exported 50.638.953 kilos of the product, worth $212.558.739
In the same months of 2023, Peru shipped 55.315.449 kilos of asparagus, for a total value of $211.007.299
The main recipients in 2024 remain the United States ($137.224.000), Spain ($25.548.000), the United Kingdom ($17.975.000), the Netherlands ($13.873.000), and Belgium ($3.311.000).
