Italian premium quality grapes available for purchase throughout Europe

Agricoper di Gianni Liturri is a grape producing business which was created in 1938 and today is runned by the 3rd generation.

Domenico Liturri, General Director of the company, commented to Fructidor that his son, Gianluca Liturri, already the 4th generation, will carry on the family business, and thus highlighted the stability and continuity of their operations.

“Our customers are mainly retailers and wholesalers in the markets of Northern Europe: Austria, Switzerland, Germany, Belgium, but we also supply Poland, Croatia, the UK, Scandinavia, and the Middle East. In the near future we will continue focusing on countries we are already present in.”, said the director.

Agriculture techniques that the company uses enable it to grow grapes of a premium quality.

“Every choice in every area: packaging, marketing, production, and so on, is done with the view of this direction [premium quality]. We also pay special attention to the environment: we offer sustainable packaging, reduce plastic use, and we also use solar panel technology in the field for a further reduction of energy use. Most of the improvement activities have been done this year. ”, highlighted Mr. Liturri.
