The lamb's lettuce - recently named "Saveur de l'Année 2013" - was the protagonist on the ValNantais booth
Vegetable cooperative in the Pays de la Loire region, ValNantais is a specialist of lamb's lettuce, leek, cucumber and products in bunches.
Throughout the year, the lamb's lettuce is marketed under several packaging: heat sealed trays, "Mâche Gourmande" and "Les surprises", Flowpack trays ""Le Panier ValNantais", and more traditional trays with simple film Croq'O Vert.
The "Mâche Gourmande" and the "Panier ValNantais", which recently were named "Saveur de l'Année 2013", were the protagonists in the stand.
