Glamour cherries, 1st of the season

Harvest has just started for the Glamour Cherries, the 1st cherries of the season.

Starting on Friday, the cherries will continue until mid-April. These very early cherries are a beautiful dark red color. They are firm, offering an intense flavour (18-24 ° Brix) and a nice size (between 28 and 32mm).

The Cherries are produced by Glamour EDOA SAT, a company based in the Ebro Valley in the Pyrenees, province of Lleida. It has Integrated production and use of ecological farming techniques. Collection is daily, at the optimal point of maturity, shipments are on the same day and the customer receives a natural product with freshness and full flavour.
