Colombia breaks avocado export record to the U.S.

Colombia has reached a record high in avocado exports to the United States, consolidating its position as one of the main suppliers of this product in the North American market.

 

During the first months of 2024, Colombian avocado exports surpassed the previous year's figures, driven by growing demand in the United States. This achievement is the result of the expansion of cultivation areas and compliance with the high quality standards required by the U.S. market.

 

 

 

The growth in exports not only reflects the strength of the Colombian agricultural sector, but also the opening of new commercial opportunities in other international markets.
