Total Produce Group repurchased Groomes Fresh Produce.
Groomes Fresh Produce had recently gone bankrupt and Total Produce acquired it for an amount not revealed.
Groomes, supplier of fruits and vegetables had supplied a large number of selling points in Leinster, and held contracts with BWG and Spar.
Total Produce, distributor of fruit and vegetables announced in September a turnover before taxes for the 1st half-year of 21,7 M €, in increase of 5,5 % compared to last year.
