Dia looks to export Dia Fresh concept

Dia intends to increase its Dia Fresh: further proof of the success of these stores.

Dia is multiplying the number of its Dia Fresh convenience stores, which complements Dia Market and Dia Maxi.

Dia has opened its 14th Dia Fresh Spain, a convenience store with a modern design. Dia Fresh offers a small area 150-200 m2 and daily fresh products: fruits, vegetables, meat, pastries and dairy products.

Launched in

October, the concept has been well received by customers. Dia intends to accelerate its growth in 2013 and plans to export the model to other countries. In Spain Dia has 2,827 stores and the chain is also present in Portugal, France, Turkey, China, Argentina and Brazil.
