EU opens market for Moldavian fruits and vegetables

According to the latest information, EU vouches for opening free market for Moldavian fruits and vegetables starting from 01/09/2014. This decision was mainly triggered by recent embargo on Moldavian agricultural commodities imposed by Russian Government. The most striking fact is that fruits and vegetables import from Moldova was banned right after Moldova had signed “EU Free Trade Association”. According to EU representative this kind of business decision from Russian side contributes to discredit of Russia as trade partner.
