A lot of this year's garlic production will be of a smaller size
Due to the lack of water, much of the production of garlic will be of a smaller size.
The water shortage has affected nearly 1750 hectares. Farms that have well water have been able to irrigate normally. The organization of Camara Ajeros estimated that 50% of the crop will be standard size and 50% of
smaller sizes.
