The M.I.N. Châteaurenard-Provence is a daily wholesale market where agricultural production in the region are sold all year round .
Every morning at the M.I.N. Chateaurenard (13), and during all four seasons of the year, hundreds of farmers in the South of France are selling their Fruits and Vegetables.
Covering 5 hectares, a hundred shippers, traders and central purchasers come to purchase fruit and vegetables, which are shipped the same day
for France and Europe.
Saturday, September 8 from 8:15 to 2pm sees the 'Trophée des Maraîchers' (Farmers Trophy) with food tasting from 10:30 to 12:30 in the presence of the Master Chefs from France who have developed some dishes with fruit and vegetable producers. A meal prepared by the master Chefs will be available from 12:30.
