T & G will finalize the acquisition of Apollo Apples

The purchase of the company "Apollo Apples" will be completed this month announced the Group T & G (Turners and Growers).

T & G had spent a purchase agreement that hung to local administrative permissions. T & G will be able to finalize this purchase in the coming days. The transaction amounts to NZ $ 36 million paid immediately and NZ $ 8,000,000 payable in the following four years.

Apollo Apples operates nearly 500 hectares of apple orchards in Hawke's Bay and sells about 1.4 million cartons of apples each year.
