32 ships of Chilean cherries will arrive to China until February 16.

It is estimated that until February 16, 2021, 32 ships dedicated “Cherry Express”, with 1.036 containers will arrive at the ports of Hong Kong, Shanghai, Shekoy and Nansha from Chile.
According to the produce report, the number of shipments of cherries will continue to increase.
There are expected supplies of Royal Dawn, Santina, Glen Red, Lapins, Royal Lynn varieties.
There are already more than 100 containers of cherries waiting to pass through Hong Kong customs before entering domestic markets.
This year's cherry harvest season started 1-2 weeks later than in 2019. This shows a decrease in the number of shipments from weeks 47-49 (-1.35 percent), week 48 (-15.08 percent) and week 49 (-4.43 percent).
Chile produced 300.000 metric tons of cherries, which is a 15 percent increase from last year.
