BelOrta, a new entity resulting from the merger of Mechelse Veilingen and Coöbra

BelOrta has become the largest cooperative auction sales group Europe with a turnover of €300 million.
Merging Mechelse Veilingen and Coöbra has resulted in a new entity: BelOrta.
BelOrta will be operational from 1 January 2013. The name was carefully chosen with "Bel" referring to the name of the area and "Orta" for
horticulture, "O" symbolises the cooperation of two auctions and know-how.
The trademarks of the two former entities are preserved: Flandria, Top, Specialty Street, Mechelse, Brava.
