Naturalia revamps its organic store concept and returns to growth
France's second-largest organic chain confirms a recovery in store traffic since 2023.
Julien Tander, Naturalia Network Director Julien Tander confirms the return to growth in organic product sales since the inflation peak. The chain recorded +8% footfall in its 200 stores between 2023 and 2024. Growth was doubled for new stores with a "farm" concept.
More fun and welcoming for parents and children
The organic chain confirms annual customer traffic growth of +17% on new store types, a result considered encouraging. Health, pleasure, more playful and lively spaces for children and parents, priority to bulk sales are the winning successes at Naturalia and other chains. A bulk self-service wall has been placed at the entrance to the store, and the proportion of bulk fruit and vegetable sales has also been increased.
First French distributor to be recertified B-corp
In line with its ongoing CSR policy and after obtaining several committed labels, Naturalia has been B Corp (Benefit Corporation) certified since March 30, 2021. B Corp is one of the most demanding international labels in terms of CSR commitment. Since 2024, Naturalia has increased its score by 10%, from 80.1 to 87.1 points, based on 250 criteria.
