GLOBALG.A.P.'s the Integrity Report for 2019 is readable online
The Integrity Program is the first of its kind in food certification and has been working to ensure consistent quality, improvement and optimum transparency in the GLOBALG.A .P. system since 2008.
The Program designed to monitor GLOBALG.A.P.'s approved certification bodies and their activities, including providing training for them, following up on complaints, assessing their performance, protecting the GLOBALG.A.P. brand, and offering customer support.
The integrity program ensures that GLOBALG.A.P. certificates are trusted worldwide and that the integrity of its standards are maintained over time.
The GLOBALG.A.P. Integrity Report for 2019 has information with more than 50 trainings for certification bodies, over 400 days of integrity assessment in 43 countries and more than 15,000 requests resolved by customer support which integrating into the range of interconnected activities.
The number of approved certification bodies continues to increase, so in 2020, the Integrity Program scope will continue to expand. The main activities in 2020: Integrity assessors are supporting the development of the GLOBALG.A.P online auditing tool. Also, the new version of the Chain of Custody standard becomes obligatory, and it will be increasingly monitored by the Integrity Program. In addition, the Integrity Program will participate in the development and monitoring of remote assessments Due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
