Agrial (Priméale) acquires the Dutch company: Van Oers United

The goal is to reenforce its position on the Northern European markets (Germany, Benelux, Scandinavia, Great- Britain) and to bring more diversity into its products, AGRIAL, is developping in fresh vegetables, through PRIMEALE.

Priméale, the vegetable division of cooperative group AGRIAL, bought Van Oers United. Headquartered in the Netherlands, the company achieved 245 million euros in turnover in 2014 in the green beans and peppers, and have their own production farm in Marocco and Senegal.

AGRIAL, including its FLORETTE brand, is the European leader in fourth range vegetables (fresh ready to use). AGRIAL achieved € 4.2 billion in revenue last year.More than half of its business comes from international markets.
