AGRICOPER, one of the biggest table grapes producers in the Puglia region, South Italy (300 ha of production) plays more and more quality au naturel.

This year, jointly with company BAYER (phytosanitary products),   they created a protocol: Food Chain Partnership.

This protocol plans the reducing  of pesticides, therefore a better quality of the product. Last year, the project was tested out on 4 ha of grape-vines and the results were spectacular. So, decision was taken this year to apply this concept on over 60 ha.

Which just shows it's possible to produce an excellent quality without using too much pesticides.
