Illustrations of two competitors for the Grand Prix: an autonomous robot that can mechanically weed a plot of land with full autonomy; conservation equipment for pears under a controlled atmosphere.

The 21st edition of MIFFEL opens its doors 23, 24 and 25 October in Avignon.

More than 300 exhibitors have already booked stands for the business show in the south of France. INNOVATEC, the Grand Prix of technical innovation, will be awarded to one of the finalists already selected:

- Buried Diffuser (Chahtech SA) new irrigation technology

- Capsanem (Koppert Biological Systems) solution biocontrol against pests from fruit trees and salads

- Flocter (Bayer CropScience) biological innovation for the treatment of carrots

- Janny MT Pear, pear conservation equipment under controlled atmosphere

- Mulch 100 (Serrat crushers)

- Olivion P230 (Pellenc) comb olive harvesting maching

- Robot (NaIO Technologies) autonomous robot for hoeing and mechanical weeding.
