Australian oranges in South Korea this summer

During the summer season, Korean citrus lovers will be able to find oranges from Australia.

 

 

 

South Korea mainly imports oranges from the United States. May is usually the end of the American orange season. In Australia, oranges are harvested later in the year.

 

 

 

From July to September, Australian oranges are in full flavor and available to South Korean consumers during the summer. In addition, according to the KAFTA (Korea-Australia Free Trade Agreement) customs duties on Australian oranges, initially of 50% have been gradually reduced to reach 0 this year.
