Between January and April 2023, mandarin exports from Peru declined both in volume and value, if compared to the same term in 2022.
Until April of the ongoing year, the country exported 7.233.843 kilos of said fruit worth $9.592.845, according to Agrodata Perú.
In the same term of 2022, Peru shipped 12.370.469 kilos of mandarins for $15.037.117.
The main destinations until April 2023 were the United Kingdom (29%), Canada (19%), the Netherlands (17%), Japan (15%), and the United States (7%), among others.
