Brussels sweeter cabbage, appreciated by children

UK distributor Waitrose launches new Brussels cabbage, sweeter.

Traditional vegetables on British tables, Brussels cabbages are often rejected by the children because of their bitter taste. Waitrose worked with producers to create sweeter cabbage.

Launched just before Christmas, the new Brussels cabbages are really "kid friendly". The distributor has been testing and tasting and all the kids enjoyed this new variety.

Excellent for health, Brussels cabbages contain nearly 2 times more Vitamin C than oranges: 100 g cabbage provide 115 mg of Vitamin C and 100g of oranges only 54 mg.
