Vitalfa sprouted seeds and micro sprouts make a healthy difference to modern diets

Vitalfa, the French family-owned company, has specialized in growing sprouted and micro-sprouted seeds since 1986. In order to meet the growing demand of its customers who want to find on their plates, a healthy, fresh, tasty, colorful and ready-to-eat diet.

 

It produces all year round, plant products up to their expectations by proposing a range of classic products as well as biological, certified and controlled, Ecocert. The company works with the main players in the CHR distribution (cafés, hotels, restaurants), wholesalers and semi-wholesalers for catering professionals, also with retailers and specialized store chains.

         Always on the verge of novelties and exclusives, the company has developed new micro-shoots ready for use for 2020, including the nasturtium sprout, the radish and broccoli sprouts that will be ready for the end of year holidays 2019.
